It is nice to hear from another CF member who thinks about sailing instead of primarily thinking about comfort while motoring.

But I doubt if your soft dodger is causing you to heel while motoring...

The two main purposes of the dodger are to provide a place to shelter from the elements and to keep water away from the companionway and cockpit.

Those two requirements are better met by a hard...
