not quite--relocation to southern areas is more like it--mazatlan is a lot warmer than has been sin diego for the past 2 yrs..LOL

last summer needed a tune up and heat exchanger reapir-- didnt get to 70 degrees except coupla times-- this sweatbox place is awesome..... been told is still cold there---- eeeeps-- glad i escaped...

willbe as soon as i am able to wander on thru with crew and no hurrycames.... so far i have 3 -4 saying they will sail with me thru canal--just looking for a bit of work to be done on the dock...

aaahh but controversy can be fun on a hot muggy day with a decent breeze---keeps ye from getting any hard work done, therefore keeps ye from getting faint from heat stroke or into troubles with...

mymarina of the moment has work ongoing with many boats here---but at present i havent neighbors--thank gods!!!! andi havemuch work to do on birdee before leaving here...is nice to havve...

fixed mine on a mooring--is a bit of a challenge--but i HATE marinas..especially exclusive ones..LOL
