I'm not familiar with all that is involved with documenting a boat. What would one have to do to buy it and legally bring it into the US?

That's a completely believable price. I've seen houses all over the US selling in the $30-40K range, assuming the Kia is worth $3-4K, that leaves the Piver costing about $30-40k. Let's assume he...
