Escape Plan When I pulled off my 30year old...

Escape Plan
When I pulled off my 30year old chain plates, a third of the bolts were broken inside...and judging from the corrosion, had been broken for some time.
I did this just after the boat...

I guess I still don’t understand what a "blown" thru hull really is...Sounds like a thru hull failed like breaking off...

Well there you go......Perhaps a moment of silence for a boat that did its duty for 30 years.
Glad no one was hurt.
Does this in the long run make my 30+ year old boat more valuable :thumb:
