It just means the seams are melted together. I have a similar inflatable I've had about 15 years now. Works well in a pinch, but it isn't the easiest thing to paddle.

Oh sure. I went out and rented a little 17' Trimaran toy sailboat thing today off the Dunedin Causeway.

We had to get out and push a few times, but nobody drown, so I should be able to handle the...
