Re: small cat liveaboard&slow circumnavigation: PDQ 32 or FP 35 Tobago or Lagoon 35CC

Re: Heating our sailboat this winter in VA - HELP!

Yes, you can put a Lavezzi on the keels. My Lavezzi has been on the hard last winter in Portugal withoud any problem. Both rudder and saildrive are higher up, so you will not damage them. Normally a...

Re: Anchor- 44lb spade/rocna vs 55lb Lewmar delta

Sorry to disagree with the general opinion. I have been sailing Morocco, the Canaries, the Cabo Verdes and the West African coast. On a Morgan OI415! Great ship, whole family on board. We had a Delta...

Re: FP Lavezzi - Help!

Hi Muskoga!

Few years back you mentioned a partition made in the anchor locker plus adding drawers to your Lavezzi. As I bought a Lavezzi myself this year, I can only concur with your findings....

Re: Filling Old Rivet Holes

A simple and cheap method I used when I removed the maststeps on my Swedish 35 ft cruiser. Just buy yourself a bag of round plastic covering plates for SPAX screws. Choose the right size, push them...

Re: Lavezzi Sun Shade/Curtain Ideas

Hello there,

We have a Lavezzi as well. I agree that the sun gets very hot in the saloon. Ours has a kind of fine mesh fixed curtains on the outside that work remarkably well. They are attached...

Re: Best family cruiser sailboat for EUR 65,000.
