Correct me if I'm wrong but the solar panels put out over 110v and I'm thinking that you are using a 12v fuse this maybe your problem

I see the main problem is that the container's are not secured with restraints that suit the conditions that they could encounter. It's better to stop the problem before it becomes a problem.
