Our 126 Hp at 2800 produces 236.3 ft lb at 1700
at 1700 the engine produces 76.5 HP

That is true. I was unaware it existed. I will say, that its power to weight ratio is very impressive..

It is unfortunately the opposite end of the spectrum for what we need.

Off topic but yep, these are crazy reliable. I personally saw a 600k plus 12v that was starting to burn oil so they pulled it, but it still ran strong.

For our purpose, this motors too much...

Yep, very popular here in Oregon... Keel cool is to allow the engine to run at proper temps (190 to 200) but we will run wet exhaust.
