We have the Kimber Pepper Blasters on board. Non-lethal but effective at 25 feet. Just watch the wind. If it blows back in your face, it will not be nice.

We used to sell real estate and dreaded listing a sink hole house. It always has that stigma and finding buyers who will look past the sink hole issue was difficult. Even if it was repaired correctly...

Wet Exhaust Leak

I have a 48 ft, 1989 Californian with a pair of DD 6-71BT engines. Engines are fine but I am getting exhaust into the engine room and I also get an oily water in the one bilge when I run the engines....
