Wet Exhaust Leak

I have a 48 ft, 1989 Californian with a pair of DD 6-71BT engines. Engines are fine but I am getting exhaust into the engine room and I also get an oily water in the one bilge when I run the engines. We've kind of come to the conclusion that we have a leaking wet exhaust hose. Has anyone changed the hose on their Californian.
