I'd hit the Miami, Annapolis, and/or Newport sailboat show. I have yet to hit Annapolis, but hear great things. Other two are well worth it as well.... Kick the tires there.... IMO |

About 20k emergency funds. About 50k is available to me in real emergencies (think credit card). The alternative to purchase would be retire very nicely with 7 figures at age 60... who wants to... |
