When do you have to leave the US

Kind of an odd item. I'm talking to a guy/gal about their sailboat. They have the make and can give me a guess on the hours, but, they can't give me the year? Shouldn't you be able to find that...

About 20k emergency funds. About 50k is available to me in real emergencies (think credit card).

The alternative to purchase would be retire very nicely with 7 figures at age 60... who wants to...
