The question is why do you need to measure the pressure.

If you really want to proceed, then close off all the breathers, and fit a pipe and gauge to the dipstick tube.

Deleted the whole directory uninstalled the Pi and reinstalled the latest one.

A word of advice.
Take the water pump pulley off before you take out your last bolt on the crank pulley. Makes life a little easier if you can use the belt to stop the water pump from turning.
