? GNSS is the generic abbrevation for "Global Navigation Satellite Systems"

GLONASS is one the the GNSS systems - as are GPS, Beidou , Galileo et al.

Right click - Drop Mark anywhere you can see on the chart. It doesn't need to be near the desired location. Then right click on the mark and select Properties. Now you can give it a name and enter...

Just be aware that if "2/3 throttle" is taken to mean "2/3 max RPM", it is not 2/3 power, it's more like 1/3 power. i.e an engine which puts out 60HP at a max of 3000 RPM will only be putting out...

Neither. it's not "under sail" so it's not a sailing vessel. There is no such concept as "tack" other than for a sailing vessel.
