Thanks for the replies. The battery is 9 years old so it's had a good life. I also have two big house batteries that I can switch in of the starter battery goes flat.

Broken bolt front of Yanmar 3YM30

Managed to remove remainder of this bolt with vice grips. Hole only about 10mm deep. Is this right or has this bolt been broken further in? Attached to this is a support for my compressor.

Exide ED70 105AH battery

Just had a pair of these installed as house batteries. The installer said I would never have to top these up. I'm mystified about this. There are no traditional filler caps but there is a maintenance...

It all started when a visitor dropped a fag over the side, into my dingy. Next morning, flat floor. Repaired leak.

Thanks for the replies. Pretty certain the prop is ok. Greased the kiwi prop blades but not readjusted and exactly the same thing was happening just before it was serviced. On reading other threads...

No. Was acting up before I just did the annual haul out. Kiwi prop all good.

Recently motor decided not to rev while underway above about 2400RPM. (max aaround 3600) Back at the dock reved to max no problem (out of gear).
Noted today same problem and if put on more throttle...

Also, maybe of interest, when inspecting all the fuses the B fuse was really distorted eroded by current I expect but still working. Popped in a new one. A and C looked as new.

yep, pulled the board, evidence of burns on the underside of the board, in two spots. New board and all ok.

Measured voltage at unit with motor on. 14volts and then started cycle and dropped to 13.9 volts.Stopped after 5 seconds with low voltage blinking.
Is there any other possibility or is the only...

Background:
Late last year replaced plates.
All good. Cycled perfectly.
January this year. Major collision. Boat off the water for months.
Had left salt water in lectrasan. (Wellington, NZL)...

Lectrasan electrode plate rip off

In New Zealand the 12V Electrode Plate for the Lectrasan is over NZ$600.00

I've just had a brand new one arrive today after a 14 day shipment from the USA for US$ 323 including shipping.
