Terry, Good day to you. Mine is a 44' Privilege. I cannot tell you anything about the handling as I am in the process of completely refitting the interior and haven't even put the mast up yet. Having stripped much of the inside, I can tell you that it is very well made. I haven't adjusted any of the structure but it is well built and there are no signs of any builder scrimping on cheaper materials. There are plenty of blogs on the Privilege's and the unanimous opinion is that they are excellent. Good luck in your purchase.
