I am currently working on motorizing a PUR survivor 35, as you did.
My goal is to achieve a smaller form factor / less weight than the present katadyn models, in order to use it in a kayak

in the past, I successfully motorized a PUR survivor 06, for use on my kayak. only 3.7Kg!

I have been using this model every year since 2017, and It has worked great for my use.

but now I want to move up to the survivor 35, to increase water production, and to avoid the increased cost of 06 membranes

I am thinking on using a brushless motor, as you did, for efficiency, since I will be running on small solar panels.

could you share with me a bit of your experience? The pictures you posted in the forum are gone

Also, if you are interested, I can share any info you would like on my electric conversions so far
