Hi Anjou. Good to see you haven't given up on finding the right sailor. There are some guys looking for adventurous girls for sailing at the moment, are you tempted? That barbados one looks a good trip.
Hope things go well for you.

Well, I am very impressed. You are quite a woman. I was curious when you started giving somebody advice on how to go about it. It's a bit of a mystery to most, apart from shipwrights and you.

    Hey Anjou,

How do you know all the stuff about bending timber? Cherp.

    Anjou,
I'm sorry about the stupid 'making the bed' joke. I kinda knew I was willfully misinterpreting to make a crack. I too know men can be a bit lax in the cleanliness dept., and can curl up and sleep almost anywhere. Anyway, I really enjoy all your posts.

Hi I just sent you a friends request so I wanted to say welcome to the group of singles and happy Valintines day to you.

Hi there and so sorry to hear about you and Alan. And he is a lovely guy, but I can just imagine what you mean. It does happen to a lot of guys who spend quite a bit of time single-handing; they get a bit over the top with the grumpy gitness!

Does this mean you are now in the UK for a bit? And if so, are you likely to be in London at all? Or Suffolk? If so, do you fancy a drink? Both to swap notes on Alan, but also to talk to sailing women (and you never know maybe a trip on RG sometime)

Just got back from Turkey so no weather woes for me - a bit miserable here though!

Was looking at (cheap) boats but soon relased that there's a lot of difference specification and style wise between a plastic 36 caravan and a proper boat.

Time to find someone else's toy to sail on maybe - the ARC beckons!

Forgive the personal message but I didn't want to distract attention from the thread.

Weather is probably no better but I'm actually the normally sunny Wirral - not South Yorks - but have to admit that the last few days have been a bit of an exception.
