Can anyone recommend a good health care insurance for full time live aboards.

Depends on where you're located. The forum is global and the answer would vary depending on the country you're in.

I don't think it will matter if you live aboard or not. If you are in the US you will buy health care through your state exchange or employer. If you are cruising internationally you will buy some type of travelers/catastrophe insurance.
