How do I update our crew list?

So my family of 5 has been sailing with me since we bought the boat. We are currently in Indonesia and are getting a visitor in a couple of weeks. Now do I have to uptade my crew list with the government? And how would I do that, I would assume I'd tell the harbor master but I'm not sure. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Changes to crew lists need to be reported to immigration. It is best to lest them know in advance that you expect so and so, with the details.
