Cat chomping on fishing lines

My cat likes to floss her teeth on our Fishing lines, which in turns out we lose a lot of lures and hooks etc.

My question is what can we do to deter her from doing this?

Any help would be appreciated as we can't keep replacing the fishing items lost

It's not just lures you could end up losing. If she swallows some line it can do serious damage to her digestive tract.

Keep the gear out of her reach. Our cat also likes to chew fishing line, we just put the gear away where he can't get to it.
