Water Purification Bag ?

I saw a product which worked on the osmosis principal, but it didn't use pressure. It used a sachet you added in one section of the bag to promote the right conditions for osmosis. What is this product called? Its more for emergencies as you need the sachets, and when you run out of them you run out of water. Where can I get this product in Brisbane.
