... We're the brand, the importer, the shop, and the marketing arm, all in one...

To me sounds more like give me the money upfront, we get it shipped from China and distribute it to you ...

why would you do a start up and blow it on false advertising with a product that is doable? cash? yeah maybe but this looks like on the up and up.. can't blame people nowadays for skepticism but are ya gonna get hurt with that price on what you're seeing? everything else from china and yeti made in phillipines so what's the problem? definitly not the price.

website:
90 day free returns
Try it out. If you’re not happy with your purchase we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

but... 5 fulfillment warehouses located in Fresno California, Chicago Illinois, Houston Texas, Atlanta Georgia & Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

maybe they are made in china and not here. fulfillment warehouse means what?

looks like they covered the bases

Re: New Cooler Company

... am it sure it will work out ok ...

'Normal business plan' nowadays. Get enough orders for a sound product, collect the money, do the oder in China, get it shipped to customers. Normally nothing wrong with that ...

I only wanted to point out that I think it is not 'made in the USA' (which might be a good thing ;-))

Re: New Cooler Company

I see the word "importer" but not where it is made.

I see lots of "up to"s in the blurb which tells us nothing about the actual specs.
("Keeping" ice for "up to" 10 days is easy if you completely fill any half decent cooler with a single 45 kg block of ice and keep it out of the sun.)

The only direct comparison to competing products is price, not quality.

I would wait until a few people have bought them and done the actual comparison of how effective they are in real world conditions.

A fulfillment warehouse will stock your items, ship it to your customers, manage the returns, manage the warranty issues, manages repairs after warranty period, ... (depending what you want/pay as the company offering a product).

bingo

Where are your coolers made?
Like other major competitors, the RTIC coolers are made in China in order to provide the best quality at the lowest price to you, the consumer. Just like many of the outdoor products you will buy at your favorite sporting goods store; overseas manufacturing is a cost effective way for retailers to provide an affordable product to its customers.

guess it had to be at that price.. was at a cabelas in montana about a month ago and seen cabelas had their own brand cooler like a yeti and this one. cabelas bout 100 less than yeti. took a bike ride to pick up a portland pudgy and tow it back to jersey with the bike.. didn't suck..
