Hot sauces are a hot seller right now so I'm thinking of creating some of my own. They make good conversation around the saloon table and are good hostess gifts that don't cost much to make. Bottling and labeling a special recipe to sell opens up a different can of worms, pardon the metaphor, and may run afoul of all sorts of government agencies but I'm sure some sailors could make it a small business in some ports of call.
