Re: Drinking Rainwater with Tiny Bugs Swimming in It

I thought all water was rain water, at least at first. Cabins along the lake Champlain shore in Vermont get there water untreated from the lake. also the case in the North Channel. The Detroit water system gets their water from the center of Lake Huron. BTW, Detroit water is the best water anywhere. Detroit supplies water for nearly all of SE Michigan. Does have a chlorine odor now that we have the zebra mussel infestation. but otherwise pretty much untreated.

If it's water and nothing else, but water; then, there is no better or worse!

I doubt it too. Grew up a bit south of Detroit. Of course, it's only when plants dump enough chemicals that it becomes horrible-enough to have the River Rouge burn a couple times a year when I was a little girl. Right near the Stroh's beer plant.
