The wife and I raced for a few years and did very well as we're both competitive people..
But, when we bought the FIRST 42 and rigged it for cruising..
The wife clearly stated, "We Will Not Race The House"..
Although, I will admit, when we have open seas, and a good brisk breezz,
I will tighten things up a little and let the Thoroughbred Stretch Her Legs..
