Texas oi degenerate

Good morning from Nassau bay Texas. My name is Mike, and I just purchased my first yacht. It's a 1974 Morgan out island 33 and I will be refurbishing this gem as I get ready for the live aboard and travels. I've sailed a bit on lakes with my 12' topaz. Never been on a boat this large and look forward to seeing the challenge head on.

Welcome Mike. I sail out of Galveston Bay. Where are you keeping your new gem?

A friend has a large slip in league city with water and power. He's not a sailboat guy but is allowing me to use the second slip while making repairs and setting up the cabin. I'll meet to bring her out of the water eventually to maintain the lower hull and keel/rutter.
