Old salt Delivery Captain East Coast USA likes what he's read

As the great void (Winter for us North Easters) approaches, what can be better then hearing stories of other boaters living the life.

Glad to be part of the saga.

Well, welcome aboard, BDT! We look forward to your contributions to the forum. Neither Ann nor I have ever sailed on the Least coast, so we find the more factual threads about the areas interesting... (that's a hint!).

Jim

Then there's the year Santa got stuck in the Charlie Nobel and them damned reindeer fussed around so much they broke off the new Windex. And by the time we got Santa unstuck, the old sod was so grumpy he didn't even have the courtesy to clean the reindeer poop off the deck.

Nosir, better to haul it and lay it up for the winter.

Being that boats are pretty portable, we've found it better to sail to where winter either does not exist or is 180 degrees out of phase, so it's summer there!

Haul and lay up? Hell no!

Jim

Oops... sorry about the thread drift, BullDog!
