Is it english do not let you out or croatia does not let you in ?

I too am in Ottawa but my boat is in Whitby. So I'm feeling discomfort as opposed to all the long distance relationship pain going on with some of our members.

I hope you're not stuck against your wishes! As far as I can tell you should technically be able to come to Croatia, given some formalities (e.g. a recent negative test result)?
