Introduction

Hi Cruisers,
I'm new to this forum and all forums so it is a new experience.

Been sailing for a few year and I'm interested in a living aboard a cruising vessel in the South of Sydney due to a job oportunity.

I'm interested in people's experience and suggestions on a good location to either purchase existing or bring the boat I have been looking at in Brisbane down with me.

I look forward to some feedback.

Re: Introduction

Hi from tassie. Sydney is a awkward place to live aboard, lots of regulations, expensive and very crowded and water ways patroling to keep a close eye on vagrant yachts. So make sure you have a spot that allows livaboards before you turn up there.

Many years ago I lived on a mooring at cammeray marina, middle harbour. Wrong side of sydney for you, but a nice place and friendly people.

Good luck in your search.
