Hi Jim,
Our dry pen is a spot we keep our jinker (a
boat stand with wheels). It's used for defouling, painting and
repairs. It's good for up to a about a 35 foot yacht. To put the boat on it, we tow it down the boat
ramp at low tide and leave it there, then at high tide we
motor the yacht to the jinker then wait for the tide to go out again, then you tow it out and park it in the dry pen. Also good for getting the boat out of the
water in preparation for a cyclone (which we have one on the way at the moment).
