Hello from South Georgia

Hey everyone. Let me introduce myself. I live near Savannah, GA and love being out on the water. My husband and I had a Catalina 32 and a Seawind 1000XL sailboat for several years. With the economy not the best in 2009, we sold our big toys. Now, we are a few years from retirement and we are planning on purchasing another boat and we are looking at the Aquila 44. I love a catamaran but with big motors and no sails this time around. If anyone out there knows anything about this boat, please share. I'm trying to get all the info I can on this boat. I been to the boat shows, the website and read several magazine articles about this boat but would love to hear from people who own one. Thank you so much. I appreciate your time.

Yup, had me fooled as well. It turns out that Sailboatgirl is a peach, not a penguin.

Cheers,
