I’m getting closer to saying good bye to the corporate world and very exited for the next chapter. Plan is to buy a catamaran, ideally here in Australia but open to travel to other locations should the right boat appear.
Any advice from members as to the best place to look for a reasonably new catamaran in the 40-45 foot range?
I’ve been sailing on beach cats mostly but have a little experience in monohulls too.

A house is but a boat so poorly built and so firmly run aground no one would think to try and refloat it.
Welcome to CF No idea in your location, on the other side, i know of a couple of places, but you would have to add the cost of delivery if you don't bring it yourself.
Down here, sometimes desirable boatsfor sale in SE Asia., maybe some coming up in NZ as people need to raise money because of the flood and earthquake damage--what rotten luck to be hit by Ex T. C. Gabrielle so heavily, and then get the saturated earth shook up. Usually, it is the more experienced sailors who feel safe enough to sail them back to Oz.
And, welcome aboard CF, SoPacBound.
