Greetings from Telford PA!

Hello to all!

My husband Rick and I reside in Telford, PA. We've been sailing for a long time and have had 3 boats from 22' to our current Hudson Force 50 ketch. We currently spend our summers on the Chesepeake Bay (middle to northern end). We keep our boat on the Maryland's Eastern shore.

We have plans to become full time cruisers in summer 2013. Right now we're focused on outfitting or fixing things while we still have jobs to pay for it!

I joined this forum because we are looking for marinas and maybe a home/condo in NC or SC . I'm searching for reasonably priced marinas that potentially allow liveaboards and I'm not sure what the best way is to find these marinas. I'm hoping people who live or have travelled through these areas may have suggestions for us to check out or refer me to appropriate resources.

Good to have you here. There is a section under forums entitled "destinations" and you might post your question there.
The only place I've seen is New Bern in N. Carolina and it appears to be a pretty great place. There are many others around Oriental.
