Thanks for the welcome guys. Yes it's a great place to sail from and live. Sadly so many boats unused and I often wonder why.

I am also a new member of CF and cruise the same area as you. Maybe we can catch a beer together sometime. Not sure how to communicate though. They advise not to put personal stuff in blogs.
