Hi everyone I'm from brisbane Australia and used to sail a lot in the bay when i was younger .Just recently went out on a cruise of the bay and now can't get it out of my system . Just constantly browing the web for a good yacht that i could sail up the coast in .But with my budget at the moment its looking more like a suicide mission .Would love to meet some locals in brisbane that would be up for weekend sailing

Welcome Cam. Thats a tough budget that requires you to bypass marinas. Sounds like you should be looking for a 28fter. I think you can do it OK if you don't need to keep the beer cold and you have a good rowing dinghy.
