Safe to Say . . . ?

Non-sailor here, so I'm wondering --

Would it be safe to presume that this boat hasn't left this harbor for a while?

(Also, that's a very tattered and worn Union Jack on the right. Is that even legal?)

I think it's safe to assume he's a non-sailor too.... or he is inside, banging away on his keyboard, totally hooked on Cruisers Forum

True enough!

This is the official harbour for this resort town, and I'm trying to gather valid info for potential holiday/retirement property buyers. At least, this place seems to have more fishing boats than floating-disco gulets. Still can't say docking here would be my dream, but isn't it nice that others' choices aren't limited by my dreams?

Seen enough of them quietly rotting away in marinas all ove the Med from Alicante to Turkey.... I believe they(CC's) were produced in Spain for a while.
