Here is a $150,000 boat they are listing with just a photo of the head. Excellent marketing.

Must have updated the ad since you posted this. It now contains five pictures, including a layout diagram for the interior. Not the very best ad I've ever seen, but much better than average.

Dang! I wanted to see that one.

Sorry: No Sailboats Match Your Query, or the sailboat previously listed under these criteria has now been sold.
Please navigate from the menu above or search for newly listed preowned sailboats matching your specifications:

Oh my God! I thought I had seen the worst "for sale" pictures possible, but check out the incredibly horrible pictures in this ad!

Wow.

And only brokers have access to yachtworld, so somebody is entrusting the sale of their boat to whoever put that up there!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too. Someone who expects to be considered a professional in boat sales cooperated in putting those pictures on the website.

Oh, and check out the "full specifications." Engine, 1; fuel type, diesel. That's the "full specifications," huh?

Like I said... OH MY GOD!

I can only assume that this professional was given explicit instructions not to sell the boat. There are probably more than a few boats "for sale" because one spouse has insisted it be listed, while the other has no intention of letting it go!

I note that it comes with a "bottom machine". Should this not be posted in the current "Toilet Paper" thread?

Re: Post the Worst "For Sale" Picture You've Seen.

OK, in this case, the pictures aren't all that bad. They're not very good, but they are certainly not among the worst. So, check out the ad.

1973 Gulfstar 37 Sailboat LOW PRICE

What caught my eye was the ad copy. Seriously? Does this guy think that this diatribe is the best way to sell his boat? He mentions his psychologist and I think he needs to spend a lot more time there; he sounds a little unstable to me. So, tell me, do any of you read this ad and think, "Yeah! That's the kind of guy that I want to buy a boat from!"?
