Multi-leg air travel

Does anyone know of any airline deals that offer a multi-trip ticket for a season ( like a euro rail pass for air travel )?

I'm potentially thinking about taking my next purchase on the road in an attempt to find some "off-line" deals. Mostly interested kicking around areas with multiple marinas. I'd probably spend a week or two in each area beating the bushes, and then fly on to the next area unless something really awesome deal came up.

Looking at traveling through the euro area, the carraribean, Central America/Mexico. I'd probably skip Asia, as the yards and marinas are too far and few between.

Not sure if RTW deals are still offered.

Used to be, as many trips as you like, as long as you keep going in the one direction, no doubling back.
