Seattle Moorage

I am looking for moorage in Portage Bay, Ballard, or Lake Union. Preferably with a shower, parking, smiling people, and no gates.

Does anybody have any insights for me on this one?

I am currently at Seattle Marina and it is less than desirable.

Tager. How big is your boat?

I'm boatsiting in shilshole and am ok with it. I was in Everett and likes that enough to commute to Kirkland.

What is wrong with where you are? Like to know for when I manage to get a new boat.
