I bought both these sails, one excellent used and one new for a total of $3,700. Admittedly, they weren't kevlar or fancy sails, but they've functioned well for me.

Same issues on another thread about new standing
rigging. Some posters had been quoted as high as $10,000 for new
rigging on a +/- 40'
boat. I paid less than $3,000 for all new wire, Stalocks, turnbuckles, toggles, and chainplates. That is
DIY installation but the rigger said standard
installation costs were usually around $1000, certainly under $2000 unless there were some significant problems. By the way, that is good 316 SS, from a reliable source, not
cheap Chinese wire.
