Marinas with good community in Cro/GR?

Hello! We are liveaboard in our 30's looking for some marina in Greece or Croatia for next year, we are working remotely on boat and spend most of the year in marina(sailing mostly during weekends or spending few days on anchor then going back to marina.), Can You recommend any with nice community in Cro or Greece? (Agion Nicolaos have no berths left, Lefkada is too expensive) Any ideas? Currently we are in Italy until spring. Cheers !

Looking at Cleopatra now which seems to be on our high end of budget.

Preveza town marina is run by the same company as Cleopatra marina and is a better location adjacent to live year round town. Cleopatra itself is next to the 3 dry storage boatyards.

Problem is over 30% higher price than in Cleopatra
