Livaboard in San Diego over the winter

I want to rent a liveaboard boat in a San Diego marina for the winter months. I will pay all the marina fees. I am a retired Ph.D. scientist in Los Alamos, New Mexico. I am living alone and have become tired of the long winters here. I lived in San Diego for 20 years working for General Atomics and know the town very well. I will take good care of your boat and save you lots on money. A "house" swap is also a possibility. Los Alamos is beautiful, quiet and very safe. It's an easy drive to Santa Fe and Taos. Los Alamos has its own ski area.

Thanks, Bob.
