We have two cleavers aboard, not s/s. Purchased in Chinatown in Oakland before we left. and on the diamond hone, very useful aboard.

1. Cork board really helps pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc... stay in place...when eating at the table or keeping utensils from banging around in the drawers.
2. Magnetic induction cooktop unit works great. You will need magnetic induction pots and pans though.
3. A Magma grill topside is a great tool for cooking and eating in the open air.
4. IKEA for simple utensils. Cheap and replaceable.
