Down town Seattle.
Power is metered.. 7c kWh. I used 1.30 last month
Water free
Pumpout $20 a month - and the come visit.
11.25 a foot

Disadvantages.. I get to listen to bridges open.
However... I'm right next to a brewery.

That's good news!

I'm looking for live aboard in Seattle for my next gig. Where are you? Is there a waiting list?

Waiting list depends on boat size.

I'm on lake union.

I have quite A big girl.. 15m and draw 3m and I didn't have A lot of choice. Happily my first choice had space.

If you are in the 10 to 12m range then things are a lot more available.

I haven't moved to the Keys yet, but my research results were that water is charged by the gallon, at least at the municipal marinas/anchorages I looked at. Likely the charge is because all water there is RO.
