BVI in early November? Good idea or no?

Covid kept us from a week charter in the BVI this spring.
Should we go in early November or wait for next spring??
Looking for calm-ish winds and lower crowds.
I heard Nov is rainy season? Is that true?

Just wife and me - looking to relax with easy sailing and restaurants!
We are aware that Covid may or may not be gone by then...

November is fine weather. There can be rain, but it is unusual to have a wash out day. We sail the Virgins this time of year every year. The last time we had a wash out was 2006.

More important question, will the BVIs be open for business by November? They have been very reactive and restrictive. They were not allowing citizens to repatriate until recently with a 14 day quarantine and negative Covid test. They are not allowing safe passage. I would wait until they have opened the border to visitors before booking a trip.
