NDZ are for black water and there are only a few of those really, if you are going to make such claims how about some links

Oh I can find the NDZs, but you don't apparently know what that means since you claim that gray water and even boat washing is part of that. So let me help you:

"A No Discharge Zone is an area of a waterbody or an entire waterbody into which the discharge of sewage (whether treated or untreated) from all vessels is completely prohibited. There are five No Discharge Zones in EPA's mid-Atlantic Region, two in Maryland (View Federal Register Notice) and three in Virginia (View Federal Register Notice). These zones are designed to give states an additional tool to address water quality issues associated with sewage contamination."

Now the question was on your claim that gray water discharge is prohibited. I wait your link to support the claim because I believe you are just plain wrong.

Not a pissing contest. If there are places that prohibit gray water discharge in the US I would like to know. And it there are places that prohibit washing your boat I would like to know that also.
