Kind of unlikely to happen in Miami what with the City having extended its State of
Emergency, for the twenty second time already and having no reason to not extend it further.
There being these limits imposed. Snipets from the
emergency orders.
All persons, excepting
family, shall observe social distancing, both within groups and with others.
The term “family” shall mean an individual and spouse, domestic partner, parents,
children, or
legal guardians who reside in the same household, and inclusive of
children whose custody is shared between two parents in different households;
the term “social distancing” shall mean a minimum of six feet distance between persons. Social distancing, where required herein, shall not apply to
family members residing in the same dwelling solely with respect to other such family members.
ON-WATER ACTIVITY:*
Boats shall remain 50 feet apart at all times.
Gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited.
Rafting up or beaching of
boats is prohibited.
Landings and
anchoring at sandbars are prohibited.
Capacity of private boats:
Boats less than 25 feet: 4 adults maximum, plus children 17 and under. Maximum of 8 people on the
boat.
Boats 25 feet to 36 feet: 6 adults maximum, plus children 17 and under. Maximum of 10 people on the
boat.
Boats greater than 36 feet: 8 adults maximum, plus children 17 and under. Maximum of 10 people on the boat.
CHARTER VESSELS:
Captain, crew and patrons shall wear facial coverings and practice social distancing both on shore and on the vessel.
“Six-Pack” vessels shall have no more than four guests per vessel.
All persons shall practice social distancing and utilize facial coverings at landside and including check-in locations.
Vessels shall delineate safe social distance positions for those waiting in line to check in or out with tape or other markings.
The following establishments remain closed:
bars, pubs, night clubs, [[banquet halls]], cocktail lounges, cabarets, and breweries [[except for take-out or
delivery services as authorized pursuant to Emergency Order 03-20]],
movie theaters, concert houses, auditoriums, playhouses, bowling alleys, arcades, indoor amusement facilities, >>and<< casinos (but excluding casinos on sovereign tribal land), >>provided, however, that such venues may operate if they (i) have submitted to, and received approval from, the County a reopening and operation plan for COVID-19 mitigation in accordance with the standards set forth in the Handbook; and (ii) operate in conformance with the approved plan<<;
concerts,
conventions, and other temporary events, except outdoor events which may be held with appropriate social distancing, such as attendees remaining in their own cars.
Recreational Boat Shows being about amongst the most non-essential activity there are for the entire duration of a pandemic.
