Puget sound launch

I'm refitting my boat and plan to launch in the puget sound area. It a full keel, 9000#, 28 ft boat that will need a hoist to to step the mast and a lift to get it in the water. Then I will need a slip for a couple weeks for outfitting the rest our needs.
Does anyone have any suggestions for marinas to contact? I am not looking for a luxury, high priced slip. I just need some place to put my boat in and will allow me to do the final rigging work. Also a community that has supplies for outfitting a long coastal cruise (southerly to Baha)
