Surveyor in Bulgeria

Can anybody reccomend a surveyor to perform a pre-purchase survey on a sailing cameraman for me in Bulgaria or a surveyor nearby, presumably Greece or Turkey, who would travel to Bulgaria. Appreciate the assistance.

I’m also having a coffee with a Greek based English surveyor but Bulgaria is 6 hours drive away so there would be expenses.
