Financing a Sailboat

Hello,
I am looking at a Wauquiez Amphitrite MS 45 and am wondering if anyone knows if you can use a VA loan to purchase and live on the boat. I have heard that you can and am wandering if anyone has any information about it or has done this. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Call USAA as a starter... I think a friend of mine did this about 15 yrs ago.
